I read about this hotel on the internet and came highly recommended by friends. My fiancee and I booked a suite two weeks in advance. When we showed up early (1 pm) we were told the room was not ready and told to return at 4 p.m. When we returned, our accomodations had been changed to the opposite of what we didn't want and were told they were sold out of the suites. After constant fueding with the front desk personnel (of which I might add lacks customer service skills) we were put in an area of the hotel which was in the process of being renovated. This room had not been completed, rooms on each side were empty with beds on their sides up against the wall. There were dead bugs in the bathtub, no towels, the room had a fine layer of dust throughout, windows were dirty, curtains were paper thin, no light outside and the service we received from the front desk was the worst I ever experienced in my life. My fiancee and I will never be back. Please DO NOT waste your money on this hotel.
