Even thought the hotel seems nice and the service at least tries to be good, there are several points to consider and important to know before booking this hotel: 1) Unreliable personnel! During our recent stay in this hotel someone was able to burgle in the room and robbed valuable things from the room. The hotel reception personnel were not eager enough to help. It seems there might be some unreliable personnel working in this particular hotel and during your stay please be careful with your valuable personnel things. 2) Slow service 3) disordered bookkeeping. The hotel reception claimed you should pay for some services you have not even ordered!!
