Overview

Ísafold is in a beautiful older residential building in a quiet and conveniently situated part of Reykjavík. Though the building has great charm on the outside, it is lost when inside. The rooms are in no harmony with the exterior and almost completely deprived of the building's grandeur. The breakfast room is on the top floor. Although it is rather charming, its panel walls would better harmonize with a timber house than a stone building like this one. The service is very warm and friendly, however.
