Among the many smartly designed restaurants sprouting around the city, Tveir Fiskar is one of many to surf the sushi wave, presenting a very prestigious selection of this Japanese favourite. The "Two Fishes" is located in a beautifully renewed building next to the old harbour close to the city centre, and offers a peaceful and harmonious atmosphere in accordance with Feng Shui philosophy. Apart from the sushi the menu includes other fish dishes as well as meat, and emphasizes the usage of organically grown ingredients.
