Overview

Cabo's looks quiet and quaint but this place hums each night with great live music. Enjoy delicious food while listening to blues, pop or classic rock played by popular local musicians. Appetizers include a lobster and crab cake with watercress and wasabi-lime mayonnaise or delicate shrimp and foie gras wontons over Asian slaw with citrus sauce. Entrees like Seared Sea Scallops with Celeriac Puree and Rosemary and Garlic Roasted Rack of Lamb with Spiced Yogurt Sauce will delight your taste buds and give you the strength you need to do a little dancing after dinner! Cabo's Corner Bistro is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 5pm onwards.

I went to Cabo's in hopes of finding some decent food in Richmond and based on the pricing(Over $30 an entree) I had high expectations. They food especially the entrees were downright awful. Meat and Sea Bass were almost not edible. The atmosphere is very nice but who would go there and spend over $150 a couple for that low quality of food is beyond me. Would not return there if it was for free

Unbelievable fish and tender beef, a menu that changes seasonally, nice ambience, good selection of wines, wonderful desserts, Chef does not do ordinary - flavors are varried and great. Be prepared for a good serving of gourmet food! Wild game on the menu from time to time is a treat!
