Overview

The Rio Yacht Club is a highly exclusive, members only, coconut tree filled paradise. There is a first class restaurant, a beautiful swimming pool and a very elegant bar. The focus here is water sports, with fishing, diving and sailing events and courses. There are storage facilities for sails, etc, and there is a large marina. It is very pretty, and has views of the Pão de Açúcar (Sugar Loaf) and Guanabara Bay. You can enter, if you are accompanied by a member.
