Truly an experience and delicious. if you get the chance GO!!! The ice cream was so good, especially since the day was so hot. It wasn't too hard to find and is worth the trip if you have to go out of your way!

Why Giolitti's, as opposed to all of the other gelaterias in Rome? Because it's perfectly located in Centro Storico (the old heart of Rome), cobblestone streets, ASTOUNDING gelato, slow walks down side streets while trying to eat your cono (cone) without dripping all over yourself ... and the AMAZING gelato. Lampone y limone ... raspberry and lemon. That's what came out of my mouth each time, even though I was determined to branch out to some other flavors. But this is what brings back the best memories, the happiness, everything that Rome means to me. Just go and find your own favorite flavors -- trust me, you'll come back.

I went there for the 1st over 20 yrs ago and it's still the best tasting icecream in Rome!! you don't forget the selections! Mi piace tanto!

the granita was the most amazing in rome. The gernerous portions and the cream to top it off made it so special. just remember to pay first!
