Overview

This theme restaurant seats guests in tree houses and entertains with mechanical birds and stunning cliff divers. The long lines here twist around outside and along a dark cavern-like path, representing the entrance into a Mayan temple. However, the center of the action is a waterfall flowing over a man-made cliff from which divers make their daring leaps. Favorite dishes include fajitas, honey-lime chicken and lime-garlic shrimp skewers. The food, while not exceptional, is still quite good and the ambiance is this restaurant's strong suit. Alcohol is available with meals.
