Vegetarians in the Salt Lake City area now have a great place to dine. Sage's Café offers vegan (non-dairy) options, as well as the regular vegetarian dishes. The owners use only the freshest of ingredients and serve healthy soy shakes for dessert. Breakfast is served on weekends, but during the week, there are also other evening specials.
