The line you see wrapped around the block says it all. This place is very hip. Four dance floors jam with some of San Francisco's most talented DJs. Frankly, if your booty doesn't shake in here, your booty is dead. When you first arrive, you can check your coat, buy a drink, and groove in the disco/funk room. Downstairs there's another bar and a DJ spinning 80s favorites. Upstairs is the VIP lounge, with alternative music, velvet sofas, and beautiful people lounging about, engaged in esoteric conversations. If techno's your thing, the rave room's got it, complete with lights, cage dancers and a steam machine. Climb up the stairs by the bar to yet another dance level, where wall size visuals enhance a trip hop mix. This is one of the city's pricier clubs. For the experience, however, it's worth every penny. The club opens its doors at 8p.
