Overview

Gordon Biersch is a mid-scale meeting spot in downtown San Jose. Many hi-tech professionals often dine here when in town for a convention, so the place is renowned far beyond San Jose. It brews its own lager. Pilsner, Marzen, and Dunkles are available. Favourite eats include the individual pizzas and the salads and there is always live jazz to entertain you at night.

          The waiter was Horrible!!! Horrible Service!! my food came out cold...so i asked them to warm my food up. and right before she get into the kitchen. i saw her stick her finger in my plate of food. WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!

          Waited 10 minutes in front of the host as he talked on the phone and didn't acknowledge us. A waiter and waitesss came over to the desk, and also ignored us! The place was empty so it's not like they were busy. Maybe we weren't dressed-up enough? We left and walked over to Hawgs Seafood...very friendly and attentive service, the food was excellent and the beer ice cold. Won't go back to Biersch!
