Sicosis, located in the Santiago center near the Museo de Bellas Artes, is a charming café. It also doubles up as a noisy jazz hangout on weekends. You can either sit inside to enjoy your food in the stylish yet simple ambience or carry your beer outside. The food is satisfactory, the service prompt, and the beer collection, excellent. However, the best part is that, you can drop in at anytime as the doors are open till the wee hours of the morning.
