Tucked away in Scottsdale's tony arts district is this funky Mexican/New Mexican cafe that serves authentic, affordably priced regional dishes. Frank & Lupe's Old Mexico is a favorite with artists, shopkeepers and residents in the area. It is located in a converted cottage with wrap-around windows, somewhat rustic Mexican-inspired decor and a couple of sidewalk tables in front. The Mexican/New Mexican menu features all of your favorite Sonoran dishes, plus a few interesting additions.
