Hotel is not a very large property which is an advantage in my book. Attentive staff, complementary breakfast in the morning was good (i.e. make your own waffles, fruit, muffins, french toast, bagels, Tully's coffee), very quiet location on the edge of downtown Bellevue within walking distance of Bellevue Square and several brewpubs (another plus in my book!). There is a pool and jacuzzi, as well as a small workout room. Also a guest laundry, which comes in handy. The parking lot is not very large and the spaces are sized for compact cars so expect to see a lot of SUV's double parked. I had a Saturn sedan so parking was not a problem. Convenient to 405 if you are coming from SeaTac or driving down to Seattle or up to Vancouver or any points between. I would gladly stay here again and recommend this location.

The staff was extremly helpful and polite. We arrived on a Tuesday and were able to enjoy the wine and cheese hour. Very delious wine and other great drinks. The breakfast in the morning was delicious with lots to choose from. The manager heard my husband and I talking about our anniversary and without us knowing sent us a bottle of sparking wine to the room. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable. It has an amazing flat screen tv, and a little deck outside.

The rooms were very nice and quiet. The employees at the front desk were helpful and happy at all times. The guest laundry was convenient. The breakfast was wonderful (fruit, pastry, cereal, yogurt, coffee, fresh waffles...I could go on and on...), and although we were not able to attend the Tuesday night cheese and wine tasting, the set-up looked great! It was nice to have Internet access where we were able to print out directions.
