Overview

A large case packed with ice and a variety of fish greets guests at Chandler's Crabhouse and Fish Market. Huge windows overlook Lake Union. On sunny days, sit outside on the waterfront patio and relish these delicacies. Fresh crab and fish dominate the menu, although there are also pasta, chicken and meat dishes. Have a half Dungeness crab as an appetizer or a whole one prepared to order as an entree. If you are an oyster fan, you've come to the right place. Get them pan fried or on the half shell. The restaurant has a full bar and lounge area.

Nice place but too pricey for what you getby Yahoo | 2008-06-21 16:45:07 |

Chandler's Crabhouse was recommended to me for a place to check out while in Seattle for a seminar. We requested outdoor seating and it was very nice watching the seaplanes take off and land. The inside seemed nice as well. Service was good with a couple people helping the server with delivering the food and bussing the table. The food was good but I would have expected to be blown away for the price. I ordered the dungeoness crab, which the waitress said they were known for. Overall, I'd rather eat at Bob Chinn's Crabhouse in Wheeling, IL or The Brooklyn while in Seattle. I wouldn't make a point of eating here next time I visit Seattle.
