The restaurant is tastefully decorated in warm earth tones, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Sushi is the specialty in Nishino and whether you're a novice or well-versed in the many raw fish available, owner/chef Nishino will make sure you're happy. Also good are the Geoduck with Sautéed Enoki Mushrooms and Asparagus, and the Black Cod with Miso.
