Rude coordinatorby Yahoo | 2007-04-02 20:59:17 |

My fiance and I had a very negative experience with the coordinator of the chapel. We were seriously planning on getting married int he chapel and have been in contact with the coordinator. Recently my future father in law was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer and give 3 months to live. We called to set up an appointment to show him the chapel as he probably will not make it to our wedding. Once inside we asked the coordinator if we could have a couple minutes alone. We exchanged angle pins that we would wear at the wedding if Dad wasnt there and gave hugs. Less than 3 minutes of being in the chapel the coordinator comes in asking what in the world are we doing and we have no right to be doing anything other than looking at the chapel since we didnt have the time rented. She goes on to say how we need to be honest with one another and what we did was inconsiderate and rude and we were wasting her time because this is a business. Keep in mind she knew about dad's condition and goes on to say I know it is a hard time because she recently lost her father but this is a business and we were out of line. Well she wont be getting a cent of our money. I realize it is a business but I feel that her reaction was uncalled for. She was extremely rude and insensitive and we are glad we wont have to deal with that in our special day. I highly recommend NOT getting married at this chapel.

Wedding Day memoriesby Yahoo | 2006-03-16 01:07:14 |

My wife always wanted to be married in Sedona and this chapel made her dream that much more memorable. Myriad scenic backdrops throughout the resort offer the married couple literally hundreds of different but equally spectacular backgrounds for the perfect wedding photo album. Our wedding was definitely one-of-a-kind being in an original scale spanish mission chapel and an experience that will be cherished and revered for years to come. Affordability comes with the compromise of limited seating inside, but with the ability to have seating outside the chapel as well.
