good great can't beat it hahahaha haha ha meep the pool was a little small but over all a good hotel but i don't recomend the back stores.

great room with not very nice staffby Yahoo | 2007-07-01 03:14:05 |

Staff sent two women shopping on Nanjing rd without a way to get back. Consierge could not be bothered with women. Took them two days to get my internet working but they charged me anyway. Buisness center wanted 30 cents per copy. Not a good value and not helpful buisness center, front desk or management. Housekeeping, and door/bellman AND ROOM was excellent but I would avoid this hotel if you A WOMAN TRAVELING FOR BUISNESS OR PLEASURE.

Good service and locationby Yahoo | 2006-07-14 17:12:18 |

I always liked the Hilton Shanghai. The property is a bit old but I really like the location in Jing An District, and the service is always good.

Nice memory of Shanghiby Yahoo | 2006-07-08 02:27:33 |

First impression was excellant and stay was enjoyable. Lobby had nice shops, eleginate decreated stairway, beautiful indoor pool. The complementry breakfeast started the day in an satisfying manner that set my mood ready for a good day. Of course this could not of happened without a comfortable night and morning in the room.

Very expensive - not worth for the priceby Yahoo | 2005-03-31 19:43:50 |

The service is somwwhat below standard as one would expect for the price of $200/night. The same 3 bananas were in my room for a week! They did not fill up the chocolate box after consumption. $11.50US for a glass of wine. $7US for a cup of coffee.

Nice but expensiveby Yahoo | 2005-03-10 07:21:38 |

The hotel was one of the best in Shanghai. A very comfortable place but they charge high rates for everything. I learned quickly to sleep there and do everything else away from the hotel.
