Changi Airport has the cleanest airport, much cleaner than the ones in Indian airports
I transited through Changi Airport on 20 November 2008 and spent about 6 hours in it. It was truly an amazing wonderland. But I was shocked to find stinking and soiled toilets in Terminal 2 at 6.00 am in the morning.
The customer service guy and the duty manager at the budget airline check-in desk were rude and unhelpful. There was an error - our names were not in the passengers list. We asked the customer service guy to help us but he did not help us and told us to go to the service desk which had a long q. We were in a hurry to board our flight and could miss it. The duty manager was worse, he was unprofessional and rude. He checked us in and told us to come out. Very ridiculous! He should be trained to be more professional and have good customer service. It was my worst experience.
A really wonderful place to be with all the amazing surrondings has to be the Changi Airport. Terminal 3 is a great place to have a coffee and watch the planes take off and land. The airport has a skytrain service which can transport you to other terminals in just 3 minutes!!!! There are many shops which you can enjoy. From coffee shops to sweet stores, Changi Airport offers a wide range of amazing shops. It's almost better than going out to a shopping mall!! Changi Airport is much loved by all of Singapore and really is a truly wonderful experience!
It more easy to go to between Terminal.Had sky train and for free.I wonder Burger King own this airport because not see any McDonald shop.But everything it look professional.
The terminals're so nice and comfortable. The shopping city is very special and rich. The staff's warm-hearted and friendly. T1 is the best ang Budget terminal is the worst (I don't like Budget terminal, so bored and monotonous).
Singapore Changi terminal 3 looks rather small and congested. It is also very dated. Checking is a nightmare. Why can't it be more like Los Angeles airport (LAX) which is very nice, very clean and very efficient. Most of all, all the staff at LAX are very friendly. shopping is to die for. The whole airport looks like a high end shopping mall and 5 stars hotel. Kudos to LAX.
except for one immigration officer ,everything was great...the immigration officer doesnt like our passport since its not yet biometric ...mybe its a big job for him to scan the passport, what can we do ,our country is not like your country..the floers were great...i just love it.
Great airport with incredible and modern designs. One problem was with the customs officials. Extremely rude and accusatory. I think they assume you guilty of the most heinous crimes when they stop you for a check. Lighten up people, not everyone is a criminal.
Changi airport stands out as modern and very clean. Most importantly, i was able to buy an authentic branded perfume at the duty free shop which was even cheaper than the ones sold at Mustaffa.. amazing isn't it...the airport staff were really gracious too
