This lively venue covers a wide spectrum of the arts including comedy, dance, theatre, concerts and literary readings. Both local and touring companies regularly appear and the centre also hosts international arts and puts on traditional entertainment and exhibitions. The committed and friendly staff are mostly made up of volunteers and a good selection of food and drink is served, including delicious South Indian cuisine on Friday and Saturday evenings. There is also a licensed bar.
