Located just across the street from the Lumberyard Shopping Complex, Hercules Paté dishes up delightful local fare as well as its namesake dish, a fried turnover like pastry filled with spicy conch, seafood or beef, called meat in this neck of the woods. The small menu changes daily, but it runs mostly to fish dishes. This is a good choice if you want to sample local cuisine. There are only a few small tables, so take-out may be a better bet.
