Visit the last home of Russia's greatest poet, Alexander Pushkin and discover the affluent manner in which he lived from 1836 until his death in 1837. You will find eleven elegant rooms and a comfortable, functioning study which contains a replica of his impressive library of over 4500 books in fourteen languages. The poet's home reflects the time in which he lived - a very interesting period in Russian history. Located in one of the most picturesque parts of the city, in a place where two canals come together and join the Neva River, this museum it is well worth a visit.
