This small hotel, perched 800 feet above Charlotte Amalie, has one of the island's best views. The harbor and the city spread out below as you sun at the pool or enjoy breakfast on the terrace. When relaxing pales, head for Magens Bay Beach in the complimentary shuttle or for city shopping in a taxi or rental car. The popular Lindy's Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner. Rooms are attractive in neutral colors. Some have only garden views but others offer dramatic vistas from their balconies. A few have refrigerators.
