A very comfortable hotel for our first visit to Stockholm. We loved the wholesome and ample breakfast buffet included in the room price. The spa facilities were a bit disappointing, had odd hours for a tourist schedule and pricey. Rooms on the first floor were immaculate and convenient but with no view of the beautiful city or harbor. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We would return to stay here on a return trip to this historic place with its' outstanding museums, restaurants and restored buildings. The Scandic Sergel Plaza Hotel added a positive dimension to our 5 days there. We are looking for a special rate offer to return!

The location of the Sergel Plaza is excellent! We walked from the Central Train Station with our 4 suitcases. Walked to numerous tourist areas because it is located in the middle of everything! If you do want to go further out, the T Station (subway) is also right there. Breakfast was busy, but there was always enough space. Fruit, fish, meat, cheeses, eggs, sausages, oatmeal, breads and a "children's" food table. Of course, coffee, tea, hot water, milk, juices. Our regular room was very large, with 2 beds, a seating area and a desk. Everything was quite clean and nice. Staff at the desk was helpful and friendly. There are 3 free internet terminals available at the hotel; they probably could keep several more of them busy if they had them. An excellent hotel in a wonderful city!

i loved the spa and the hair stylist was excellent omg my dog isabella loved it she loved being with us on vacation and it was a nice gett away from the children while bringing thema long too because of the wonderful abby sitting service!!!!1 the airconditioning came in handy and so did the cable tv !!!!so i could watch the late night basketball games!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This hotel had an ideal location and exceptional customer service. The physical accommodation was oustanding. I would most assurably stay there again!
