Overview
This clash of the titans in college football takes place on New Year's Day, January 1, every year and has been doing so since the mid-1980s. Third-pick teams from the Big 10 and Southeast Conference of college football teams play for million dollar prizes. Kickoff is at 11am at the Raymond James Stadium. This game is the highlight of a week-long celebration that includes New Year's Eve fireworks in Ybor City and Tampa, and a Beach Day celebration, complete with college cheerleaders, in Clearwater Beach. Open on thursdays 11am onwards.
The refs were absolutely horrible!! That was embarresing!! If they wanted a game refed that bad they should have asked 10 year olds to ref it!! IOWA was railroaded!!!!!!!!!! How do the refs miss 12 people on the field and not catch it when he jogs off the field!! The refs missed way to many easy calls and called some pretty horrid ones too!! The fans would have had a more enjorable time if the refs would have refed like they should have!! The scenery was beautiful!! It was the niciest weather!! The fans were really into the game! The game was good except for the refs! The ticket people were very nice!! I would recomend this to others if there were better refs!! It was diffently worth the money and time if the refs were better!! I will never go to Outback Steakhouse again unless you can hire better refs!!
