A City Oasisby Yahoo | 2007-04-01 06:49:56 |

Very friendly staff and great service. The lobby is exquisite with its twenty-metre-long chandelier. The room was top notch. Skip the five dollar can of Coke and walk outside to the vending machine down the street. Minutes away from a very beautiful temple of fertility.

Cool hotelby Yahoo | 2005-08-12 22:29:31 |

I absolutely loved this hotel.i was quite excited about the size of the whole thing but I was worried about my kids wandering off into this huge hotel and me not knowing where they are.i loved my room and the service was very good and they are nice staff and were tolerant with my two year old daughter and my fussy A-class son! I didn't dislike anything really but I thought it could have been a little happier with more entertainment, a fiddler. The location was very convenient because you had a big city right infront of you just crying out to be explored so you just walk right out of there and LOVE IT! I loved the technology and the town seemed like it was just just buzzing with electricity and excitement! I LOVED IT!

The best service I've ever experienced anywhereby Yahoo | 2005-07-23 02:49:52 |

On the particular trip when I stayed at the Royal Park I injured my knee (walking too much) and the staff went way out of their way to help me (one of the managers actually saw me off to the City Air Terminal on the day I left) The facilities are all top notch, the rooms are quite large by Japanese standards, and the restaurants are excellent, including an all dessert buffet on a top floor restaurant with a great view of the Sumida river. Expensive but well worth the price.
