A large collection of Japanese, Western and tavern-type establishments exist here and each operates independently, so check with the staff for opening and closing times.

This is not really a sight of tokyo. Not worth the subway fare unless you happen to actually be staying in Ebisu. The beer museum is okay, but you pay to sample the beer. The garden itself is nothing more than several shops arranged around a big chandelier. Don't bother with this trivial place, every city has something comparable, be it a city square or an outdoor mall.
