Overview

For the true film buff, this art house theater prides itself on showing foreign films that otherwise would not get much exposure. Founded in 1990, the Cinematheque is the year-round screening program of the Toronto International Film Festival Group. Besides nightly showings, there are weekly tributes to foreign directors and film stars.
