This is an elegant restaurant in a historic building in the beautiful Piazza dei Signori, right in the heart of Verona. The cuisine is very traditional with seasonal dishes. The menu includes fresh sturgeon with vegetables, warm Adriatic Salad, Noodles in Duck Sauce and pike from Lake Garda, served with polenta. The excellent grilled fish platter should definitely be sampled. There is a good selection of wines as well as delicate desserts with which to finish an excellent dinner.
