Club Heaven and Hell is a long-time favorite with a varied clientele, due to its split personality. The upstairs level of the club is dubbed "Heaven," with angels and other ethereal creatures painted on the walls. A peppy 20-something crowd dances to pop hits under the radiance of strobe lights. Downstairs, in "Hell," a completely different mood dominates. The basement is dingy and vaguely sinister, with demonic images adorning the walls. There is no dancing down here, just a pool table and a bar.
