Hearty, traditional Ethiopian dishes are served here at Zed's Ethiopian Cuisine and the owner is always on hand to make sure that everything is to your liking. In place of utensils, patrons are given injera—a soft, spongy bread, to move food from plate to mouth. Try the combination platter for a little taste of everything, including various spiced meats and a hard boiled egg and wash it down with a bottle of delicious full-bodied African beer.
