Had a really good time the people were helpful and knowledgeable. It was very easy to find. We simply followed the map. We saw many alligators and other wildlife. We would gladly go back again.
We have been visiting South Florida for years and always take the family to different parts of the Everglades. This year, we visit Loxahatchee Everglades Tours and had a really great time! Our guide was very knowing of the Everglades and showed us a lot of wildlife like alligators. It was a great trip and not very expensive. I would go again!!!
Very unprofessional!!! No return call to get directions or cost. If I am unable to speak with a rep on the phone I do not think the service is going to be any better upon arrival.
My husband and I really enjoyed it and learned a lot. It was so relaxing and the marsh was beautiful as well as the blue herons. I truly recommend it.
This was a very good experience for my kids. The staff were very friendly and easy going. For what could have been an unpleasant tourist trap, I was very pleased. BTW, I can't imagine how it could have been difficult to find. It is at the very end of the road with a huge AIRBOAT TOURS sign.
IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND. DIRECTIONS NOT WELL GIVEN. NO ONE RETURNED CALL FOR OVER THREE HOURS. ADDRESSED ON THE LOX ROAD NOT IN ORDER SO AS I DROVE AND LOOKED AT ADDRESSES AND FOUND NO BUSINESS LOCATED AT THE ADDRESS AS TO WHERE IT SHOULD BE FOUND ON THE ROAD, AFTER OVER AN HOUR OF SEARCHING, i GAVE UP AND i HAD TWO FRUSTRATED KIDS IN THE CAR WITH ME.
